Tilda7world operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience focused on Y2K football graphic tees, bootleg-inspired fan archive visuals, heavyweight t-shirts and limited cultural drops.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, browse, interact with, or purchase from our store. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Tilda7world creates graphic t-shirts and related products inspired by old internet culture, Y2K aesthetics, football archive energy, bootleg-style layouts, fan-made visual language and streetwear graphics.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any football club, team, athlete, tournament, federation, league, brand, celebrity, public figure or rights holder. Our designs are creative, fan-inspired and culture-driven graphic products.

We make every effort to display product colors, mockups, sizes, print placement and details as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, production method, garment size, print provider and manufacturing tolerances.

We do not guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly the same as it appears on your screen. Minor differences in color, scale, placement, texture, garment finish or print result may occur.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing and specifications may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, collection or drop at any time.

Section 3 — Made-to-order and print-on-demand products
Many Tilda7world products are produced on demand. This means your item may be printed specifically after your order is placed, instead of being pulled from pre-made stock.

Because of this production model, orders may move into production quickly after purchase. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel, edit, exchange or modify your order.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address and contact information.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions or violation of these Terms.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and your order has been confirmed. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution or export.

Section 5 — Prices, billing and payment
Prices, discounts, offers and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees or other charges.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, import fees or local charges that may apply depending on your location.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that any charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

Section 6 — Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production time and delivery time may vary depending on product availability, print provider capacity, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, local holidays or events outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, we may be unable to offer a free replacement or refund.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

Section 7 — Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are printed on demand, we generally cannot guarantee returns, refunds or exchanges for wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer ordering mistakes.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at tildas.world.contact@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Section 8 — Intellectual property
All content on the Tilda7world website, including but not limited to the brand name, visual identity, graphics, product visuals, product names, text, layouts, images, logos, design systems, “Fan Archive OS” universe, website interface, artwork, styling and overall creative direction, is owned by Tilda7world or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, download, store, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Tilda7world.
