Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return request.

Because our products are printed on demand, each item is made specifically after your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or customer ordering mistakes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, you can contact us at tildas.world.contact@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided only after your request has been approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed issue with the order.

Damages, misprints and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.


Print-on-demand products
All Tilda7world products are made on demand. This means your item is printed specifically for your order and we do not hold pre-made stock.

Because of this production model, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer ordering mistakes. Please check the product details, fit information and available size information carefully before placing your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without prior approval.

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards, sale items, or final sale items where applicable.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer automatic exchanges for size changes or customer ordering mistakes.

If you need a different size, the fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after checking the product details, fit information and available size information. If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll review the issue.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, where applicable under EU consumer law.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return request, and again once we’ve received and inspected any approved return. We’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
